Problem:
My Motorola Fire is not starting and I can only see the Motorola Logo. It is charging but I tried a lot of things but it doesn’t start-up. So the only solution I think is possible is to Hard Reset my phone.
Solution:
Before doing anything with you phone, please try the following procedure prior to hard reset your device.
1.) First charge your battery
2.)backup your important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.
Note : It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.
Then this is now the instructions on how you could Hard Reset Motorola-FIRE-XT-XT530.
1. Press and hold the POWER key, and press VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN button.
2. Wait until you see an Android logo appears on the screen.
3. Then touch Home.
4. You should see a recovery menu appears, scroll down on the menu using the VOLUME keys to navigate.
5. Select Wipe data.
6.Then press Enter key.
Note: Above mentioned instruction works for me, but we need to remind you that this site will not be responsible for anything that could happen to your mobile phone. Do it at your own risk. It is also an information that I found out in the net.
