LG Prada 3.0 already hits the shelves in the Philippines with retail price at P29,990, but here comes another phone from LG (without Prada this time), the Optimus Vu Android.
And this time, it is updated to Ice Cream Sandwich and large. It features a 5-inch IPS Capacitive touchscreen display and offers 4:3 aspect ratios and this is unusual range compared to most existing smartphone in the market today.
So, it’s going to be a good start for LG with its unofficial reports of phone’s hardware specifications. You’re looking at the maximum power of Optimus Vu, at 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor on the XGA screen (1024 x 768 pixels) resolution display, 8MP rear-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and NFC (Near Field Communication) support.
LG has no words yet on the availability and pricing of the Optimus Vu, but for sure it will be available first in South Korean’s market before a global launch soon.
Lastly, it’s impossible not drag the name of Samsung Galaxy Note, since both phones have the same 5-inch screen size range. For now it’s too early to make an assessment on the phone’s capability, well if you have one in mind, you’re free to comment below.
