Another Acquisition by Yahoo : Zimbra

Yahoo It was in the news the other day regarding Buzz Tracker acquired by yahoo and now it is on the News that Yahoo buys e-mail software firm Zimbra another big deal by Yahoo

Yahoo is buying e-mail software provider Zimbra for about $350 million, the companies announced on Monday. Zimbra offers branded e-mail with calendar and mobile features as well as the ability to work offline. The company has more than 200 educational, business and ISP partners, including Comcast, that offer branded e-mail service to roughly 9 million subscribers.

Yahoo is redefining its place in the market, as wat i have mentioned before does it mean that Yahoo Publisher will compete Google Adsense Internationally. Because current Yahoo only approves in USA. not like Google Adsense which is globally.
