Google Chrome Possible Marketing Strategy

The news is now all over the net. Google is now not happy of being the leading search Engine in the world. They will now try to be # 1 in Search Browser as posted in their main blog. In addition they have published the Comic Strips explaining on how they conceptualized the Search Browser called Google Chrome a fellow Filipino blogger ,Sylverblade from PinoyTechGuy has something to say about this new Google Browser,

Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera ,etc.. are the well known browser in the industry, and Google needs to do lot’s of marketing in order to be dominion in all the browser.

But I think this new Google product that will be issued by Google will also help us blogger, why ? Since I believe that Google will do some promotion about it. And like before If Google can pay in every download made for Google Toolbar, so it is not also impossible to pay for those site that will lead in downloading the Google Chrome.

So no wonder they have stop paying bloggers for referral on downloading Firefox . It is now clear that their intention was to stop Firefox Downloads and start Google Chrome Download and Marketing.. Hmmm What Do you think. Will People Grab this Google Chrome ? I think it will take time.

So Now my Question to Google. When will you start the Referral for Downloads ?

This reminds me of the kind of thing Microsoft would do. Gain a monopoly in one segment and leverage it to move into a new but obviously related market. Google needs some competition!

I think you are right Google needs a competition. But with the funds that Google have as of today, it will be hard for start ups to compete. I think Yahoo and Microsoft should double their effort to cope with Google

Marami bang naging problema sa iyo ang FF3.. sa akin naman may mga ilang add ons lang ang di gumana but so far naman ay ok

I downloaded mine this morning and it was fast! I like the minimalist design that they have, the uploads are faster,I have no experience with the browser crashing(yet!), but the security feature has much to improve. When I let chrome remember one of my password, I was surprised when I opened options>password, that my whole password(eek!) was written there. wala man lang asterisk!

I just put a note in your about page.. And I am just asking question. I found your blog via blog hopping.

Anyway, when it comes to chrome.. some says that there are really some Security flaw from this new browser so we have to be very careful in using our Credit cards and Paypal Account it might lead us to some problem.

Dapat naman may asterisk man lang..

Download mo na.. 8 hours ko na ginagamit yun Chrome.. ayos walang problema, mabalis mag load.
