Steve Jobs and his fellow techies started Apple on the garage while Bill Gates came up with Microsoft with collaborations coming from Paul Allen and now we have Mark Zuckerberg and Eduardo Saverin who came up with Facebook. All this successful innovators have one thing in common and that is collaboration with fellow technologist who shares the same inspiration and belief.
That is one thing iZone-iHUB would want to achieve here in the Philippines. Mr. Daniel S. Peña (Founder) saw this country as a haven for technology and innovation having been here for more than 5 years. He believes that what this “Geeks†need is a place for them to all gather and collaborate and come up with innovative ideas that would have the same value as Apple, Microsoft and Facebook had in the U.S.
“This place is open to accommodate 24/7 access to the facility with free coffee and also insurance of safety and security for individuals who would come and make use of the facility.†– Quoted from the words of the Founder last November 8, 2012 when iZone-iHUB was officially launched to the tech community of the Philippines.
iZone-iHUB also offers consultancy by telling this Pinoy Techies if the project they are working on is something they can monetized or commercialized. There are hundreds of ideas out their but the next probable question would be, has any of it been provided exposure? How about correct funding and resources to get it going? This are questions that the Founder would like to address as techies all over Metro Manila presents or submits their projects and ideas to iZone-iHUB.
iZone-iHUB is looking for the next Steve Jobs, Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg and they believe that that person would be in the Philippines.
