All Ye WebGeeks, Developers and Designers: Come One, Come All to The WebGeek DevCup Hackathon

WebGeek Philippines is inviting all web developers with an appetite for fun and excitement! To join us at the WebGeek DevCup, an all-day hackathon extravaganza that will challenge all app aficionados to create the best web application.

Save the date! This event will be held on August 25, 2012 from 11 AM to 11 PM at the Meralco Multi-Purpose Hall inside the Meralco Compound in Ortigas Center. Just form a duo, trio, or if you’re bold enough — to go solo, and register. A registration fee of Php250 (individual), Php500 (2 team members), or Php750 (3 team members) will be collected through Eventbrite.

The finished web apps will be presented to the panel of judges that consist of seasoned gurus in the fields of web app development. Those who emerge victorious will win fantastic prizes!

If you think that you have the creative ingenuity and the patience under pressure to create an amazing application in just six hours, then WebGeek DevCup wants you to show what you’ve got.
