I am trying to enter some .gov.ph site but most of the site are inaccessible. I think the problem is due to typhoon odoy. I think there is a problem in the .gov.ph server. Can somebody verify this problem. The Philippine government should always check this one because the people outside Philippines will always try to look for information about the ongoing disaster that Philippines is experiencing.
