Nowadays, Specially in Philippines the ratio of Cellphone users with in range of age 14 to mid 30’s is almost near to 1:1, And for mid class vs Professional who are also Web user’s, the ratio is 1:1. With this data, there is no doubt that Mini Opera Mobile Browser will be emerging very fast.
Here in Saudi Arabia, Mobile Technology is very young and it was only given last year to user such as OFW. We are paying at about SAR 0.005/kb of data that is about PHP 0.067 for Al Jawal Mobile User and SAR 0.004 (PHP 0.054/kb ) for Mobily Users. The rates is reasonable. I believed it is more convenient to use Cellphone, Since you can browse anywhere and anytime for as long as you have your load.
I can even chat with my friends through mig33 and get RSS feeds from Mini Opera . And the best thing is I can access WordPress at www.m.wordpress.com.
Updates :
Zain just come to Saudi Arabia. Although the network is still not as big as Al Jawwal and Mobiliy. But I believe in due time it will be. Seeing the other Network that they have in other Middle east Countries.
