The recent unveiling of Galaxy S3 in London’s Earls Court arena has made some buzz in the tech industry. Lots of people is trying to see the difference of S3 from it’s predecessor, the Galaxy S2, and the leading iPhone 4s. So we will try to show the difference based on the information we found in the internet.
Based on the table as shown above, it seems that Galaxy S3 is winning in more features. I love it’s screen size advantage as well as it’s quad core processor. RAM advantage is also great which is doubled the capacity of iPhone 4S. Galaxy S3 has also an advantage on it’s battery capacity. The only thing where iPhone 4s is advancing vs Galaxy S3 is the number of application that is available for users. Galaxy S3 has an expandable memory which is not available from Nokia Lumia 900 and iPhone 4s.
When it comes to connectivity Galaxy S3 has DLNA (It can stream videos and movies to other devices over-the-air), NFC (allows wireless transactions like payments) and HDMI output.
The Galaxy S3 will be available in two colors, pebble blue and marble white, other options will be available at a later date.
The suggested retail price in Philippines is not yet been given by Samsung Philippines. To those in UK, it will be on sale by the end of May and will be free with contracts of £36 per month.
A 4G version will go on sale in the US and South Korea in the summer
