While iPad 3 is coming by storm on March 7, Samsung Galaxy SIII is taking a different direction. According to report, the most awaited third generation smartphone is heading to United Kingdom as preparation for bigger campaign on the scheduled Summer Olympics this coming July.
The information was leaked from a Samsung affiliates with the confirmation of the South Korean consumer electronics giant. Report includes that a team of marketing people is working on the campaign next month to increase the presence of the first ever market to get the Samsung Galaxy SIII.
Galaxy SIII is supposed to debut at Mobile World Congress last month as rumored, but apparently didn’t materialize. So, we still have to wait for a month before we can verify the actual specifications of the phone this April.
Rumors suggest that Samsung Galaxy SIII will feature its own Exynos Quad-core 1.5GHz processor or Nvidia Tegra 3, a 4.8 inches capacitive touchscreen display at 1080pixels resolution, 2GB RAM, 8 megapixels and 2MP cameras, 4G LTE, and a ceramic back casing. Ceramic casing will be a new addition on the phone. It is also expected that this phone will run the Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich.
