The IdeaPad S9 includes an 8GB SSD while the S10 has an 80GB hard drive. Both will feature an Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB memory, Express Card slot, two USB ports, a 4-in-1 card reader and webcam.
Both models use the same industrial design and have a keyboard that is only 15% smaller than a traditional keyboard. Additionally, both models feature an LED backlit panel, weight around 1kg, and will be offered with either Linux or Windows XP.
The IdeaPad S9 will be priced at NT$12,900 (US$418.99) and the IdeaPad S10 will cost NT$17,900, Lenovo detailed.
This is a very good competition of ASUS Eee PC which was previously posted in this blog. I still don’t have netbook but I am thinking of purchasing in the future. We still have to wait when it will be out in Philippines
