This countries includes Bulgaria, Egypt, Lithuania, Morocco, and Taiwan. The payment method is free.

I believe time will come it will be also available in Saudi Arabia.

But how this affect the bloggers. Some of bloggers in Philippines claim their Adsense earning thru Western Union. So if some of you are claiming Adsense Earning thru Western Union all your earning will be subjected to 0.15% Documentary Tax starting May 2008. This is also confirmed thru other sources of Lestat from Ofwlayf.
