I still don’t know if Filipino’s are ready for online purchasing.  I have made post before and ask my readers if Online Banking is safe in Philippines and I receive some good feedback on that time. Now I would also like to know thought from the Filipino Consumers, Do we now trust online banking? Because online banking is also synonymous with Online store since you also have to provide you credit card details in purchasing. And I believe that the success of paypal in Philippines is also one of an indication that one could really transact online.

Let us compare price in US Online Store and Philippines Apple Online Store , A Macbook Pro cost US$ 1,999 in US and in Philippines online store it is Php 109,990 which is almost 15% more compared in US price.I believe it is fare price since it is due to the tax and delivery of the unit from US to Philippines.

So I just hope that Apple Online store will not be the only one to do the online store and I think by Next year more and more company will do the same. I suggest that those company open it’s affiliate marketing system so that we bloggers can earn from the referrals

So is this the beginning of Blog and News Site segregation in the SERP ? This is just a question although most of my keywords still ranks in the SERP. and I must say the some is also gone with the wind.

I know that this site is still in Partial Google Penalty. There are still some keywords not showing in the SERP. When I am always on top of the page for that particular keywords I manage to do link exchange in the post as what Marhgil suggested on one of this post { Well I tried to get the post but I can’t find it } . And that is the beauty of it, after I have been penalized for those keywords, The referral links are still giving me tons of visitors. I just make sure that those visit will make to click some post in my for least 5 of my pages and of course they might be converted to regular visitors. That is why I can brag that this site is having a low bounce rate ranging from 50% to 65%.

So this is just an observation that I have seen in the SERP that I would like to share you guys.

So what is our observation in the SERP now adays ?

I try Googling this kind of problem but I was not that successful regarding this problem so I am writing about this to know some of your thoughts regarding this matter.

By the way I have send letter to Google today after removing all paid links in this site. Yup I will not do any Paid post links in this site from now on. And If there will be some Advertiser in the future that would like to Advertise on this site a no-follow link will be added. I hope this is clear. I want to retain the site traffic.

I am posting about this as a reference in the future, if in case Google will reconsider sending me visitors again.

Well on the other hand I was also amazed wit yahoo since visitors that it send me now double. For what ever reason well I don’t know.

Among the shown stats only the visitors coming from Google is really affecting the site’s traffic. I intentionally not put the numbers , I just want to show you the graph about this site.

Well nobody knows when will Google put back my traffic, all I know is I just complied with all their requirements. It is now up to them to do their part. If I succeed with the latest experiment that I am doing. I will surely share it to you, so that it will be a reminder to all of my readers so not to experience the same faith as I am.

Updates :

My sitemap now has been crawled again and the stats shos that it was crawled 15 hrs ago. That only means it was crawled automatically after I send a reinclusion request.. Is it ? Wait for further development .. A nice start

Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera ,etc.. are the well known browser in the industry, and Google needs to do lot’s of marketing in order to be dominion in all the browser.

But I think this new Google product that will be issued by Google will also help us blogger, why ? Since I believe that Google will do some promotion about it. And like before If Google can pay in every download made for Google Toolbar, so it is not also impossible to pay for those site that will lead in downloading the Google Chrome.

So no wonder they have stop paying bloggers for referral on downloading Firefox . It is now clear that their intention was to stop Firefox Downloads and start Google Chrome Download and Marketing.. Hmmm What Do you think. Will People Grab this Google Chrome ? I think it will take time.

So Now my Question to Google. When will you start the Referral for Downloads ?

For some question regarding this matter you can log to their Hellp Center: Well none of my site is giving some money for AdSense Referral, therefore I am not affected by this changes. But I believe Google will strengthen their Affiliate System that is why they want it to be separated.

I have other keyword but as you can see those keywords are those related with my niche , personality and My site. First 3 is about my niche , the 4th is my name to know who is talking about me and the last is to know who is linking at my site.

So since those are my niche, whenever I make post I see to it that I have enough percentage of keyword in my post. I have shared a tools that will be very useful in getting your keyword percentage per post usually having 4% to 8% is good but above it will not be very good.

Your site might not be included as soon as possible in Google SERP but I believe It will be crawled soon by our friendly Google spiders. Another important thing to do is to put your keywords in your site name, and use plug-in that will boost your SEO works.

And you know that New visitors when converted to permanent readers are best source of referrals. Since when they like something about your post they will surely blog about it.

So here are my tips for you.

1. Don’t put all eggs in one basket – This is a common tips from all online marketers. What I mean to say is don’t put all your effort in Google AdSense, There are still other source of income in web. 2. If you go on Pay Per Post or Sponsored Post, don’t grab all the request, that comes from the dashboard just pick all those paid post that is related to your niche. FYI This site is also doing paid review via site that offer review with price, in fact they give more money than AdSense. Just beware of Google Penalty.
3. If you choose Google AdSense as one of your income source, Be sure to read their TOS and other guidelines about it. It will surely help you understand the do’s and don’t to avoid being banned later on. Some more tips here , here, here and here . [ Ooops lots of link ]
4. Don’t treat other blogger in your niche as competitors, treat them as friends. Even sometime they don’t seem to say hello to you, just continue of being their friend, try commenting and even linking to their site and time will come they will link to you and here you go you have one source of referral for your online goal.
5. Create an e-mail that will cater all your monetization gigs / communication, With this you will be able to track all opportunity that will come on your way.
6. Try to do SEO but please do not make any crap post for your SEO purpose. Make sure that when somebody lands on your site, They will be happy and not frustrated by seeing lots of Ads, and not the information that they need.
7. Subscribe to those site that you know will give you good information about your niche. This is the best thing to do specially whenever you want to be on top of the news around the net.
8. Engage in Direct Advertising. I am presently doing direct advertising, FYI my homepage have 4 advertisers with Text Links. I get them from Digital Point. But please control your Direct Advertisers, You should be able to anticipate the number of links that you will sold in your page. 9. Enroll in PayPal. This will be your money gateway, because most of the transaction is being made thru PayPal Philippines.
10. Don’t forget to join contest and experiment, Who knows you can get those moolah that are just floating in the net.

Wait for the next batch I still have some points in my mind. Subscribed to my Feeds or subscribe thru e-mail so not to left behind with those tips.

I prefer to make a post regarding Karlo’s question because his post made me think on how I market my blog to others. Marketing your blog is something you should focus if you really want to be an authority in your niche. Well How do I really make Tech At Hand Dot Net Marketing ?

1) Commenting

I have seen good feedback in commenting to other blogs as what I have wrote before. But it is not just comment in a blog that should be given emphasize try not to forget putting your links and the URL Address in the commenting section. This is where fellow blogger can track you.

2) Joining Forum

Well I have joined different forums ( here and here ) but to tell you the truth I am very lazy with this one. Although I can see some visitors at my site referred buy forum site. Don’t forget to put your signature links targeting your website with proper anchor text.

3) Social Media Sites

Techathand.net is having a good social media site exposure specially in Stumble Upon. I even site the experience I get when my site has been stumbled. Thanks guys whoever is stumbling my site. I also gain some visitor thru Mybloglog. and other social media site.

4) Yahoo Groups

When I join yahoo groups I met a lot of interesting people whom in turn become my regular reader and RSS Subscriber. They also become my so called network bloggers. Why? They link to me and I link to them also.

5) Joining SEO Contest

To tell you the truth I know that I have less chance in winning this SEO Contest. But I can proudly say that most of the time I am at 1st page of Google for those SEO Contest. If the participants could see you at the SERP definitely they could have an interest in your site. And if they found out that you have good content. You will gain another good Visitors or feed subscribers

6) Making Post at Group Blogs

Pinoyblogosphere is of great help to this site and my former site. Since the said site is being indexed by Google fast most of the time I can see some referral coming from those site.

7) The Traditional SEO

Just imagine how many people is searching in a day. If you could just get a percentage of those search that you could let them visit your site. There will always be a possible money on it. Check my SEO Category and I know you will have lot’s of helpful information to gather.

Directory

The last few days I have been submitting my blog in some Directories . I am dreaming that those directory can also be a source of my visitors to this site. It would be great if you could get a Directory that does not require reciprocal links.

9) Entrecard

Entrecard has been a good site of visitors for this site but unfortunately is just giving a high bounce rate. based on stats I am having a 90% bounce rate. Which is too high. So now I seldom dropped cards and just wait for advertiser to have their site here. But when somebody advertise on this site for sure I am checking his post and if I like it he will be included in my Reader

10) Offline Marketing

Although I am also lazy about this I believe that joining a get together, or any gatherings specifically for blogger’s and other netrepreneur could give an additional exposure for your site.
