Amendment to the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: November 5, 2008

Beginning November 5, 2008 the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy is being amended as follows:

Section 5 is being revised to include activities with an entry fee and a price, including games of skill and sweepstakes. The new language is as follows:

Prohibited Activities
You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:

"5. involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes unless the operator has obtained prior approval from PayPal and the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law."

What is Blogging ?

Blogging is writing about any topic that you like. In Blogging world, Topic also means “niche”. Some of famous blogging niche is ” Make Money Online ” , ” Technology ” , ” SEO ” , ” General Blog ” and lots more. It is writing with fashion on niche that you love. I would suggest that if you would like to start blogging you better start blogging on subject that you love and not those you are told to do so. It is your blog so you are the master of your own blog.

Can I make money thru Blogging ?

Yes you can. Although some blogger doesn’t want to involve money in blogging. Some Bloggers are earning thru blogging. This site also earns from blogging thru advertisers. What is Google SERP

Google SERP or they call it Search Engine Ranking Page is what shows, upon searching any words in Google. So when you put any word in Google box shown in www.google.com and pressing ” search ” the next page that will show up is Google Search Page. Many aspires to be in number 1 in the Search Engine since the higher the ranking the higher the chance of having visitors.

This time around, most of the changes to the Terms and Conditions fall into two broad categories: 1) future products and features and 2) privacy requirements. We’ve also added some specific requirements that make it necessary for publishers to post and abide by a transparent privacy policy that users see. According to this policy, publishers must notify their users of the use of cookies and/or web beacons to collect data in the ad serving process. This change relates to advertisers’ use of innovative products and features like Gadget Ads and other offerings in the future

So each and everyone who uses Adsense should understand the new Terms or else suffer the consequence. The new TOS could be read here.

I just take the SEO Quiz a just found out that I have only 43 % knowledge about it. It take time to answer 75 question but believe you will learn a lot from this exam. Are you an SEO Expert?

Al I can say is, I still have to learn a lot about this SEO Thing.

So Digg will now become some sort like Facebook and Friendster in Philippines. You can easily find your friends profile in Digg that’s great.

2) Then after submission to digg, Digg will give you a URL directing to the digg post that you have made

3) Copy the URL

4) Edit your post ( the one you have submitted to digg ) and incorporate this code

5) Change the URL in red with the URL you have copied in # 3. Then Publish
