Time comes in our life that we experienced storm, But I still believed that storm only comes and pass by.

My father, Gerardo “Gerry” Panganiban, has been diagnose of having a kidney problem. Today,We have finally decided to make the dialysis of my father. After having different test which shows 1600 of Creatinine we have decided to do the dialysis of my father as recommended by the doctors. It is a tough decision since once the dialysis has been started, it will continue as long as the patient live. I have heard that there are still chances of that kidney will start functioning well even after the dialysis. Of course only God knows if this could happen since nothing is impossible to our God. (Our God is a God of Healer) Based on research in the net I have found out that we will need to prepare an amount that range from $1,000 to $1,200 a month for his dialysis. It is not an easy amount to produce. But the bible say in Philippians 4:19

And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

I believed that God will supply all our need according to his riches and glory. I pray and Ask wisdom from the Lord I have made a plan to raise my fathers financial support through passive and active income and here is what I plan to do.

1. I already purchased ” Kidney Therapy ” and I plan to populate it with different articles that will target keywords about kidney. The site will aim to give information to different people in order to prevent of having a kidney disease that could lead to a kidney malfunction.
2. I plan to have different social media site that will link to that site as an information resource.
3. Make a donation button from PayPal to all my site.

The site is now up and with few content. Any help to make this site work and become a passive income will definitely help me and my family. You may help us by doing the following:

You probably know the reason why, It is because we would like to make site keywords no 1 in Google and in Search Engine to earn from Ads and eventually will make a passive income to help my father dialysis. As I am checking tech at hand, I have seen blog posts that were not properly written and full of grammatical errors, most of those blog posts were written during my first and second year of blogging. There are also some blog post that I can’t even understand, because those blog post are meant for search robots and not for human reading.

So I got this idea of going back to my earlier post and research for keywords that could bring more visitors to this blog. I believe that more visitors will only mean more passive income. By revising lots of my earlier post which were done in a speedy way, I could reduce my grammatical error , as well as I can decrease the bounce rate of this blog. I also have to increase the word counts so that I could also increase the possibility of targeting more keywords in a post.

So here are my top 10 plans to make my goal in earning passive income from earlier blog post :

1. Revise blog post and reduce the grammatical errors within the post.
2. Revise blog post and reduce the capitalization errors within the post.
3. Increase the content of a blog post and highlights the keywords to be targeted.
4. Increase internal linking to fresh and related blog post that was written after that particular post.
5. Increase the tags of the post and make it at least 10 each post.
6. Rephrase the title to become more reader friendly and search robot friendly.
7. Make sure that the post could be understood by the readers.
8. Proof read .. proof read.. proof read.
9. Add pictures in blog post to increase readability of my post.
10. Treat my blog post as an investment and remember that I am establishing my online brand as a resource person in blogging.

So how will this be a passive income? An increase of visitors from targeted keywords, keywords that could bring traffic whole year round, could potentially bring a customer or a regular visitors. This visitors could be a future customer or even a regular visitors of this blog.

A proper keyword could also attract tons of searches from the search engine, then I could add affiliate links or CPA (Cost Per Action)  networks banners to those post.

I do hope that above mentioned plan could succeed, I believe that experiments could lead to a higher income streams in making more money online. Any more suggestion ?

Another way to interpret number 1 is not to rely on just one blog. Create several blogs that will cater to various income streams.

Not many know this but I actually have four blogs.

1. A static website blog that simply serves as an online store to market and sell products online and offline. Biggest income source – direct sales. 

Nice idea, I have not yet done this for now since I am abroad and I don’t know what are the goods that Arab people like to buy. PayPal is not yet well known in Saudi Arabia and I also don’t know how to be involve in their Online Market. It is what I called culture difference.

2. A crappy blog that’s dedicated to paid posts and sponsored reviews, doubles as my SEO playground. And since it’s crappy by nature, I simply grab ALL the opps I can get hold of. Hehe. Biggest income source – PPP

One way to really have an income thru blogging is making paid post. I am also doingpaid post, But most of the time I make it using direct method thru online entrepreneur that I am getting to know thru forum. Why, They don’t oblige you to say that your post is sponsored or usually I can receive money before making the post. The only disadvantage is sometimes payment is not as high as the established site. Such as SponsoredReviews.com, PayPerPost, ReviewMe.

3. A Made-For-Adsense blog that’s full of keyword-rich posts aggregated from public domain articles. This one is sooo boring to maintain, but gives good income anyway. Biggest income source – Adsense (obviously) and Kontera

Well actually those kind of site was very popular last year where there are lots of MFA site that are floating in the net. The best part of this is the Passive Income that it is giving. I also maintain some sort of blog that Fitz mentioned, For me I maintain a Song Lyrics Blogs. I also monetize it thru Kontera , Adbrite, & Adsense.

4. And a flagship blog, the one all of you guys know, where I provide the most value to the readers and I enjoy the most writing. Biggest income source – Adsense

Yup as an Online Blogger, It is always our goal to have our brand. That is why we always maintain our best site . Like me I maintain this site as my main site. As of yesterday I have done Adsense optimization with this blog. I have added Sidebar Adlinks and Sidebar Banner Text Ads.

I will be monitoring or perhaps plot it on a graph to know if I have increased the CTR ( Click Through Rate ) and CPC ( Cost per Click ) since some forums and blogs says that when your ads is becoming more the CPC ( Cost Per Click ) is becoming low.And some say also that CTR is indirectly proportional with CPC. This is what I would like to find out after some days of testing.

I have already succeeded with my previous Adsense Optimization to get $ 3.33 / day. Now I am aiming for $10.00 / day using passive income.

This might be a hard task and I don’t know when it will come to succeed, anyway at least the first aim succeeds after 3 months

Just a suggestion don’t be so serious on your aim, just blog what you want and don’t blog about the money alone. Just be happy and if you feel exhausted, STOP and REST. You have to remember that sick people cannot blog So just be careful.

Don’t forget to do experiment, It is a way to success be brave and step forward. I have learn lesson today that if you optimize for something don’t forget it. Some of you don’t know that I am also doing post for SEO purpose but I am not bothering my RSS Subscriber and Home Page visitors. I have learn a way to Hide post in homepage and remove those post in my RSS feeds.

I have tried to make post about the Civil Engineering Result but I forget to optimize it. In fact it was not yet indexed by Googel I mean Google.

I am preparing post for my blogging lesson learn during vacation I am just busy this days so just wait for it.

It is really great to have passive income and thanks to my SEO ( Search Engine Optimization )  effort, the normal visit per day is not going down even few updates are being made in this blog. I love SEO . If you are not that inclined in doing some SEO you may also consider hiring Search Engine Optimisation Service but still having own knowledge about SEO is still the best.

Some company hires an Internet Marketing Consultants for better visibility of their product on the net, some uses their own technique and style in doing marketing. If a blog owner is aware of SEO, it is really a great tool to market blog and could also lead to making more money online. SEOand research for related keywords for your site’s brand is still the best.

It is also my dream to have my own E-commerce site where I could sell some stuffs. Later on I will also decide if I have to get ECommerce Software to suit my needs or I will study how to make script to satisfy my requirements. Anyway there are lots of free sites that gives information about scripts.

As an update to this post : I tried doing business online but i fail due to my payment methods. I am now trying to learn other methods of payment that could replace online credit card payment. I fail to use paypal as my payment method .

So what will be a preventive solution for this scenario I proposed the following :

1. If you are just a new blog and you are thinking of earning thru your blog I suggest that you invest some amount for that blog and get your own domain and hosting company
2. If you have already lots of post and you are afraid that this might happen to you I suggest you have back up your blogspot blog thru WordPress.com. But be sure your wordpress.com is set to block the Search Engine Crawler or set it so that only your specified viewer can view it. But why ? This is to prevent duplicate content.
3. If you have made Suggestion # 2 be sure to back up your xml file in your hard disk by making an export of those file. So that you can use it if in case you want to get a new Self Hosted WordPress Blog. Remember you cannot earn from your wordpress.com account since this is in violation to their TOS.
4. It is better to have your own domain name so that you can still control the URL when some problem exist.

Better to be preventive than to be sorry later on. BTW as of this writing I have made some back up of my Blogspot Blogs.. Still on going..
