I can’t say that my blog has been totally banned since when checking ” Tech At Hand ” as my search keyword, my site is still in number # 1.

Actually the problem started from June 1 . I just want to confirm that the problem comes from the broken links. So that I can send a reconsideration request to google.

I have also seen some post that there has been some changes in Google Algorithm. I just don’t know if I am affected by this Mayday Update ( Check this one also Here . )

I don’t have 100K pageviews per day but I have experienced almost 60% to 70%  drop of Google Visitors. Which is not good ofcourse. I am continually working out to fix errors Google Webmaster Tools is keep on seeing, i have already restricted crawl to that folder that has trigger the problem thru this method that i blog before ( Robots.txt How important it is ? ) .

This is not the first time i have this kind of problem but I hope this will be fixed soon. I will update you with other solutions and lesson learned thru this experience.

Update 6/24/2010

My SEO keywords problem is still there but the good thing is that Google Webmaster Tools has now remove all the broken links which was resolve by blocking the troubled folder with robots.txt. Some of the keywords is slowly coming back to SERP, but not in it’s old position which is always at first 3. By the way the links was revisited and resolved by Google Webmaster after submitting a reconsideration request where I state that i found out some problem thru Google webmaster tools and i have resolved it thru robots.txt , hope all this will be resolve when July 2010 come. I will keep you posted about what is happening here.

My First action is to block the said post by my robot.txt so that next time that Google will crawl my blog it will not crawl the said post. I don’t know if this will work. Some of my optimized keywords is not being seen in the post. So I where you try to blog Google BOT on your Optimized blogs post regarding the recent event. I hope this work.

This is just an information and I will tell you any changes that might happen in the future.

Anybody experienced the same thing ?

I try Googling this kind of problem but I was not that successful regarding this problem so I am writing about this to know some of your thoughts regarding this matter.

By the way I have send letter to Google today after removing all paid links in this site. Yup I will not do any Paid post links in this site from now on. And If there will be some Advertiser in the future that would like to Advertise on this site a no-follow link will be added. I hope this is clear. I want to retain the site traffic.

I am posting about this as a reference in the future, if in case Google will reconsider sending me visitors again.

Well on the other hand I was also amazed wit yahoo since visitors that it send me now double. For what ever reason well I don’t know.

Among the shown stats only the visitors coming from Google is really affecting the site’s traffic. I intentionally not put the numbers , I just want to show you the graph about this site.

Well nobody knows when will Google put back my traffic, all I know is I just complied with all their requirements. It is now up to them to do their part. If I succeed with the latest experiment that I am doing. I will surely share it to you, so that it will be a reminder to all of my readers so not to experience the same faith as I am.

Updates :

My sitemap now has been crawled again and the stats shos that it was crawled 15 hrs ago. That only means it was crawled automatically after I send a reinclusion request.. Is it ? Wait for further development .. A nice start

Since My site has dropped from PR4 to PR2 I stopped doing Paid post, So I really don’t know the reason, Anyway I will just wait for some time before I will contact Google for this matter.

But I must say that it really affects the AdSense Earning of this blog.

So does anybody experience the same ?
