Canon 3 day Sale at Tiendesitas, Pasig on September 9-11

According to Canon Facebook , there will be a 3 day Canon sale @ Tiendesitas which is also confirmed by Tiendesitas website. Tiendesitas is Pasig City’s newest shopping and family entertainment destination owned by Ortigas & Company.

The 3 day sale will start on September 9 until 11 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. According to the flyer, there will be 70% off on some items and there will be Free camera cleaning service to be provided. Just don’t know what is the extent of the cleaning service.

Just want to inform our readers for this great even from Canon.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II Digital SLR Camera , Number 1 Canon Camera in Flickr

I have been a canon user for almost 4 years and I am one of the satisfied user of Canon EOS 400D. But my camera is now going old. I am looking for information about the best canon camera nowadays and this canon camera came number 1 in flickr. I am referring to Canon EOS 5D Mark II Digital SLR Camera with Canon EF 24-105mm IS lens, there are lots of photographer fascinated and satisfied with the works of Canon EOS 5D Mark II. Hope someday I can replace my EOS 400 D with this one, as of this time my camera came # 7 from Flickr users ( among canon camera ).

Canon 400d Version of Micro Minds

Wow !!! this is the only thing I can say when I saw this Canon Miniature in Television thru Kabuhayan Swak na Swak , this Miniature is made by micro minds you can contact them thru micro.minds [ at ] yahoo.com. Try to visit their site and you can see how imaginative these musicians { Jaycee and honey }. Really they are musicians but with a gifted hands. Because they are doing this miniatures by hand and they don’t use any molds.

I do not know them but I like featuring great Pinoy with great talent in this site Mabuhay.

Covering Literary Contest of My Son

I have tested my new Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5.6 APO DG Macro Interchangeable Lens and I must say that I am really satisfied with the result of the photos. I have covered the Literary contest of my son in their school, and I have been shooting at about 25 – 30 meters away from the stage. So here are my pictures

Here are more RIS Literary Contest Pictures , Those picture are not edited and was directly uploaded in flickr from my camera. It is taken under a roof in a basketball court. It is great to have Flickr Pro Account ( I got 1208 photos to date ) since you can easily upload all pictures that you take and at the same time it can be protected by copyrights law.

Sigma 70-300mm is great for outside shooting if your far from the subject. Although sometimes there are bit delay in the focus but anyway in total it is great. I will make my full review of that lens later. By The way for those of you who don’t know yet I am using Canon EOS 400D

I got my New Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5.6 APO DG Macro Interchangeable Lens

I have an Addition to my Lens and this is the Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5.6 APO DG Macro Interchangeable Lens, I purchase this one since I am having problem of getting pictures outside due to distance , I already own Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II , and the Standard EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 Kit Lens that goes with my Canon EOS400d

Canon 18-55 Zoom Camera Lens Dissected

We all know that a Zoom lens cost an amount which an ordinary person cannot afford. When i bought my Canon EOS 400d Camera, I have been wondering on how does my 18-55 kit lens would look like if disassembled. Well just today I have seen post from Gizmodo showing the disassembled pieces of 18-55 canon Zoom Lens.

Gizmodo says

FredMiranda forum member sbv20 found himself with a useless Canon 17-85mm lens after the aperture became stuck, so he did what any good gadget freak would: he tore it apart. He documented the process with a fantastic series of photos which demonstrate that even the boring lenses found dangling from necks at any tourist destination are obscenely complicated.

Canon EOS 50D Released

Ok I might be late for this one, But since I am a Canon EOS 400d Camera User and this is what I use with my Photo BLog [ Digital Photography & Pictures to Remember ] which I seldomly updated , I would like to tell you guys that Canon has released the successor of Canon EOS 40D , which is Canon EOS 50D. after a year of 40D’s release. Below is a table that shows the released dates of Canon EOS Model.

Digital Picture Frame

To all those old visitors from this site, they knew that I own EOS 400d Canon DLSR camera. But did you know that there is also a problem of having 10.1 Megapixel Camera? Well it is the storage. Each pictures will have an approximate of 4 MB size, My Laptop is already full of pictures . I am still planning to get a 500 GB capacity external Hard disk but the problem is I cannot see it, That is why I have also stated checking for Digital Picture Frames which might also be available here in Saudi Arabia.

Thanks to Digital Picture Frame Reviews who promotes and reviews Digital Picture Frames and as of this post they have already reviewed about 15 Digital Picture Frames.

The site also give suggestion and comments which might help a searcher like me.

So does anyone has a Digital Picture Frame that you could recommend ?

The New Canon EOS 1000D

I just found out that My EOS400d is now outdated, because Canon has announced a new DSLR camera in its Rebel series — the EOS 1000D :
