Nitaqat , New Nationalization , Saudization Program announced by Saudi Labor Office
A new Nationalization , Saudization Program was announced by Saudi Labor Office, last week and early Saturday the full information about the new system has been announced in different newspaper all over Saudi Arabia, it is actually a total revision of Saudi labor program which aim to increase the Saudi in the private sector. There are still lots of question from the expat sector about the latest news in Saudi Arabia.
Through the new system, the companies that will fall into a lower category ( Red and Yellow Category ) will be forced to adhere by the percentage of Saudi workers with in the organization or else, lots of benefits will be removed.
