Yup , I think you are right.. Having an Irrestible Package will always be the last result of a company thatt are always being hacked.

In my opinion hackers are sending a message to companies like Sony saying "We know something that you don't know!" and it's the company's prerogative to either empower these individuals or treat them as threats. I've seen some companies here who did empower those individuals and offered them irresistible packages to hire them and most of them took the opportunity.
