However, you still have to print out the application and send it to POEA via Aboitiz, along with photocopies of necessary documents. The form is actually one for new OWWA membership. Plus, check out the fees from the website.

“Please prepare P2,650.00 for BM OEC Processing Fee, OWWA, PhilHealth, and delivery service fees. If your OWWA or PhilHealth membership are still active, the membership fees for these will be refunded together with the delivery of your OEC.”
