I and PayPal United Again : No More Limited Account
After I have been in a limited account for the past 2 months, I already lose hope of restoring my PayPal account. Just yesterday when I check my email. They contacted me to upload some documents through their PayPal Site.
I immediately upload the scanned copy of my Passport, SSS ID and Credit Card Billing Statement and presto after checking this morning they have removed the limitation from my limited paypal account. I am now verifying my account thru Citibank Visa Credit Card.
It is good that I check my account since I did not know that I only have 7 days from 15 of Jan to upload those documents or else they will not check my account.
Even I had bad experience with Citibank, I would like to thank them since without the Citibank Billing Statement, I will not have any chance to remove the PayPal Limited Account. So I believed they are already forgiven.
For those of you having problem with their PayPal account just contact Paypal and be patient. You have to constantly check your PayPal account because they might have new announcement to change the verification process.
Now I can transact online again but never try to transfer amount to xoom 
.

how did you apply for the citibank visa credit card?
they process visa appication even though you are in mid-east?..

I am a previous Credit Card user about 8 years ago.. Last year I decided to cut it off.. Nakakadala . I have to pay too much..
I am becoming an impulse buyer.. Then because of this Paypal issue and online visibiulity i reconsider to put back my credit card and use it wisely.

May Paypal has jsut been reinstated today and I just enrolled the Credit Card Today. I have to wait for 3 to 4 days checck my Citibank online for any 4 digit number that Paypal will give and I have to input it on my PayPal Account ..
And by that time maybe I can do a succesful transfer

Even i faced such issues with Paypal . Luckily they were quickly resolved.

Good to hear everything’s going fine with PayPal now, Dex. But be prepared for the worse, because this can happen again. My Paypal account got limited three time last year but, fortunately, I successfully convinced PayPal to lift the limit every time.

Ngayon ko lang nakita comment mo nasala ng akismet..anyway.. so kahit pala verified user ka na ay there is alaways a possibility of having this.. any tips to avoid it.?
