There are some reviews that keyboards is hard to use but better than Palm Pre Plus, but of course this is a price you need to bear in getting a cheaper phone compared to android phones. Some users are saying that their experience with this phone compared to Palm Pre Plus is better. There also review that if you open the VZNav App, and don’t click anything, then open a GPS enabled App, it will work fine. Device could be customized it’s wallpapers, ringtones, notification tones, etc.

There are some complains about loading time of the application of this phone. It has a smaller screen compared to Pre. Some complains also about the charging port. Verizon requires to have a smartphone plan if you use this device:
