For sure some of your friends already have timeline on their Facebook account and in fact, you might be thinking to get an update. The truth is, you’re not prepared yet for the changes and you don’t want to learn how to do it, or you’re just waiting to get some help.

For whatever reasons, Facebook is set to roll out mandatory update soon to all users to timeline as announced by Facebook blog Tuesday. This update is going to happen in the coming weeks where users can either choose to wait or may start to get timeline update anytime by choice.

By choosing to get the updated timeline early, users will have seven days to check current contents for public or private before anyone has chance to see it. Or else after the period, timeline will roll with what’s in there including change on profile to new timeline with photos and stories.

An announcement will appear in your home page when it is time for an update. Facebook just announced last Thursday, January 19 the 60 new timeline apps to bring users get more involve with hobbies and interest to share with friends through these apps.

Among the 11 items in the list, I was not able to do the schema.org, I still need to do some research about that topic. I was also penalized by Panda, and this blog lost almost half of the search engine visitor. I am still struggling on Google+, my visitors seldom shares at their Google+ page, or most of my visitor does not have Google+.

Good and great post will always secure your ranking in the future. Engaging in Black Hat will not secure your SEO effort in the future. You will always have doubt and stress. But I would like to emphasize that Black Hat is different than Automation. Just my belief.

I could say that, I was not able to do something on most of the changes as mentioned above. It only means that I do need to do more research about SEO this 2012. I always remember a saying that “SUCCESS is the greatest enemy of Learning” the moment you meet your success you stop learning, and this is what happen to me last year. I do hope it will not happen this 2012. It should be “Success comes with great responsibility and Continues learning is a must in order to be successful ”. Success will also mean more money online as well as more friends online.

Based on experience automatic submission has low friends engagement. We can see likes or thumbs up but rarely we can see comments on those kind of post in the wall.
