Travelling to where most of my friends reside, where media is scarce (if there is, delayed telecast naman daw),
my friends and their families want to receive the news first hand. They want to be relieved from the agony of
“suspense” and want me to break the news through SMS.. Hope deliberations will be finished soon..

may balita na may sked na for the oathtaking, that would be on the 25th of april.
so the results myt be released next week.either on the 25th (before the IBP national convention) or on the 28th, or on the 31st(tuesday).
though it seems like taxation was one of the hardest exam this year, but it seems like maraming bumgsak sa mercantile law.

it seems late already if the results will be released by the end of this month. i cant reach my friends via via… as consequence i cant get information as well where to take review and where to dwell. Sana pumasa mga classmates ko so we could give pride to the school.sana po Lord…

it seems that releasing the result at the end of march is a bit late already. i cant reach my friend via phone… their in deep agony waiting…as a consequence i cant get info where to take the review and where to dwell. end of march is not that late…there were instances before na april na ang results na release. 2006 bar exams results were released on a holy tuesday, 2007 Bar on the other hand, saturday before the holy week.
IBP will be having its national convention on the 26th to 28th….so its either before that(25th) or after (28th, 31st) =)

While we hope that all Sept 2008 bar takers would pass the 2008 bar exam, we are more hopeful and prayerful that our beloved and sweet nephew Allan Ralph would pass. They put a lot of time, effort and money for the bar exam. It is just fair that they would be paid off. Cheers and God Bless.

MY HUSBAND WAS ONE OF THE EXAMINEES LAST SEPTEMBER 2008 BAR EXAM. LET US ALL HOPE THAT OUR LOVE ONES WHO TOOK THE BAR WILL PASS. We are hoping that the supreme court will release the result before the end of this week as it has been prolonged for such a long period of time. Yep! We are hoping that our nephew Allna Ralph and, if not all, those who deserve could get it. As we said, all candidates spent a lot of their resources for this bar exam. And it is just fair they deserve to be paid off. Cheers to all!

Good Luck to the Bar Candidates, may you have the courage to face whatever will be the outcome of your sacrifices in order to hurdle the BAR. it would be better to pass the BAR the first time, but if you wont make it the first time around, remember you still have four chances of passing the same. for sure most of you are indispose right now, isolating yourselves from the public anticipating the worst, its normal. but then forget not to pray, God is your only way.

Results of 2008 Bar Exams Released On April 3

The results of the 2008 Bar examinations will be released by the Supreme Court En Banc this Friday, April 3. The SC Justices will meet at 9 a.m. that day to deliberate on the passing percentage.
Justice Dante O. Tinga, Chairperson of the 2008 Committee on Bar Examinations, said the list of the names will be displayed in LCD projectors to be strategically displayed at the Supreme Court front yard near its Padre Faura entrance. The results can be viewed simultaneously at sc.judiciary.gov.ph, the official website of the High Court.
Figures from the Office of the Bar Confidant headed by Deputy Clerk of Court and Bar Confidant Atty. Ma. Cristina B. Layusa showed a total of record 6,364 law graduates from 109 law schools nationwide took and finished the exams held on September 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2008 at the De La Salle University in Taft Avenue, Manila.
A total of 6,550 law graduates have filed their petitions to take the 2008 Bar exams; a record 6,533 were admitted. The number decreased to still a record 6,364 after 158 examinees absented themselves from the tests during the first Sunday, while others have dropped out even during the four Sunday spread. Only 6,364 were able to finish up to the fourth Sunday of the exams, Atty. Layusa said.

Rumors circulating in the supreme court that many of the bar examinees failed in Taxation and Mercantile Law. The passing percentage is between 26 percent and 28 percent. God bless to all 2008 bar examinees.

passing rate is 28% from 32%
killer subject=mercantile law….though taxation was undeniably the heartbreaker during the exams, but still many failed in mercantile law as compared to taxation.
April 3 results will be released…watch out for themirror sites of the supreme court. if you have your own connection at home, better log on to the mirror site as early as tonight, otherwise you will be having a hard time getting into it by tomorrow.
