Meanwhile, a total of 159 examinees are exempted from taking the practical examinations as they opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the
Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT).
The results were released after three (3) working days from the last day of examinations.
The guidelines for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards are as follows:
1.) Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards for those who are exempted in the practical assessment will start on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 until January 5, 2010. They will take their oath before the Board on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 1:00 o’ clock in the afternoon at the Fiesta Pavilion,Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
2.) Mass Oathtaking of new passers who will still submit SSBT with Practical Assessment on or before December 23, 2009, will also be on January 8, 2010. Deadline of registration for the Certificates of Registration andProfessional Identification Cards is ten (10) WORKING days before the scheduled oathtaking.
3.) Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards for new passers who opted to submit SSBT with Practical Assessment will be from November 16 to 18, 2009 only. A special oathtaking is scheduled for them on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Fiesta Pavilion,Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.
Registration for membership with the Masters and Mates Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MMAP) will start on Wednesday, November 25, 2009.
