PRC Board Exam Results

Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 770 out of 1,321 (58.29%) passed the Social Worker Licensure Examination given by the Board for Social Workers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga this June 2010.

The members of the Board for Social Workers are Lorna Camacho-Gabad, Chairman; Jesus S. Far, and Mary Ofelia L. Endaya, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examination.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, July 12, 2010 but not later than July 29, 2010.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

* duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
* current Community Tax Certificate (cedula),
* 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag),
* 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag),
* 2 sets of metered documentary stamps,
* and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession;
* and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2010-2013. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oath taking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination, as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Professional Oath, will be held before the Board on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Manila. All must come in formal attire.

Registration for membership with the Philippine Association of Social Workers, Inc. (PASWI) will start on Monday, July 19, 2010 at PRC.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Professional Teachers (BPT) announce that 4,835 elementary teachers out of 31,306 examinees (15.44%), 4 Accelerated Teacher Education Program (A.T.E.P.) graduates out of 109 examinees (3.67%) and 6,483 secondary teachers out of 27,802 examinees (23.32%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T) given last April 18, 2010 in 13 testing centers all over the Philippines and Hong Kong.

The results of examination with respect to eight (8) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

Oath taking tickets are available at the Office of Professional Teachers, 3rd Floor, PRC Annex Building for NCR and Region IV passers starting May 26, 2010 (Wednesday) and at the PRC regional offices for the passers from the other regions.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced later. The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following: 1) duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; 2) latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula); 3) 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 4) 2 pieces 2” x 2” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 5) metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form; and 6) the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2010-2013. The April 2010 Licensure Examination for Teachers Results ( LET ) | Professional Teachers will be released son, They have just completed the examination last April 18, 2010 and based on experienced it is ussually provided about 1 month after the exam. But I hope the April 2010 LET Exam Results will be released earlier so those teachers could get a better job this coming school year 2010 – 2011 .
