The LG KP500 is now the LG "Cookie"

I have not made any post regarding LG Mobile but I think this one catch my attention since it is a Touch Screen Mobile. LG is now also competing with the Touch Screen type Mobile. and one of their latest Mobile is called The LG KP500 is getting described everywhere as "affordable". A few more details have been issued about the handset, the most interesting of which is that it’s now called "Cookie", It Cost 170 Euros, so around £130.

Specification as follows :

• 3 megapixel camera
• FM radio
• an accelerometer
• video recording capabilities at 12fps with a resolution of 320×240. However, it won’t play back anything more than 240×400 and 24fps.
• No 3G or GPS
• 3″ touchscreen display
• Bluetooth

The interface is still thumb-optimized, but a stylus tucked in the body also assists handwriting recognition.

Video playback is not stunning either – the LG Cookie won’t support DivX or XviD – instead you’d have to do with only MPEG4 video at 24fps (up to 240 x 400 pixel resolution).

I still don’t know when it will be available in Philippines or Saudi Arabia. All I know is it is coming soon.
