Yahoo Rejects New Offer from Microsoft

In my blog before that microsoft will not stop courting yahoo I have said that Microsoft will continue try to gain yahoo, and it is now being reported in tech crunch that New microsoft offer quickly rejected by yahoo You can see the full details of their at Tech crunch site.

Yahoo rejected it, saying that the Google search deal they’ve signed is a better deal and adding that the requirement to replace the board and executive team is “absurd and irresponsible given the complexity of the deal.” We, by the way, agree with both points.

Yahoo!’s Board of Directors determined that accepting the proposal is not in the best interests of its stockholders. It is good to know that Yahoo’s Board is protecting the interest of their Stockholders.

So Google + Yahoo is better than Microsoft + Yahoo but In my Opinion this will not end here.
