I just read from articles that there are some Bloggers that has been jailed because of their defamatory comments in their blog.
They blog what they believe is right and it obvious that their Government does’nt want what they are blogging. So is it Freedom suppression ? How do blogger’s set their limit ? Do we as Bloggers has a limit ? Do you believe that bloggers should have a certain rules ?
I just want to get your feed back and start discussion about the matter.

dex,
off the top of my head:
offenses that bloggers can easily be guilty of:
- libel
- copyright infringement
offenses that bloggers can be guilty of, if laws provide so:
- inciting to sedition
- inciting to rebellion
- unjust vexation
i’ll add more if more ideas come to mind.

It is really hard to proove this inciting to sedition, and great that as of this moment Gloria have not yet jailed any blogger who had some comments on her stay in government
