T-Mobile today unveiled a new Windows Mobile 6 powered multimedia smartphone, manufactured by HTC.

I have read in Infosyncworld.com that T-Mobile today announces the upcoming availability of the T-Mobile Shadow, the first phone in a planned franchise of phones under the Shadow brand, aiming to bring multimedia smartphone features to the masses.

What is great from this phone is the Windows Mobile 6 platfrom. I have mine with Window Mobile 5 , But I believe Windows Mobile 6 will give much more feature than my PDA.

Specification as follows :

Windows Mobile 6

2-megapixel camera with video capture

Wi-Fi and EDGE connectivity for Internet access,

enhanced myFaves functionality.

The phone measures 4.06 by 2.09 by 0.59 inches.

The T-Mobile Shadow features a 65K 2.6-inch display (QVGA 320 x 240 pixels resolution),

slide-out QWERTY-like keypad

voice-activated calling and Stereo Bluetooth.

A microSD slot supports cards of up to 4GB

supports T-Mobile’s Quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900 Mhz) network.

The T-Mobile Shadow will be available in two colors (copper and sage), and will be available exclusively to T-Mobile customers beginning October 31 2007.

A great smart phone I just wonder how much will it cost. and when it will be available to Philippines.
