What will be the requirements for Passport Renewal?

I just went to the Saudi Philippine Embassy to renew my passport. And I would like to share you guys the list of requirement for renewal as follows :

2 Passport Picture ( It should not be the same as the old passport )
Filled up Passport Application Form
Saudi Riyal 200
Photocopy of Passport Page 1 and 33 ( Last and Front Page )

It takes me 45 minutes to get my new passport. It is still the old paper form of the passport and not Electronic. I just don’t know when he Philippine government implement the Electronic Passport?

It would be great to contact first the embassy for you to know the time they are open
